Phil Mickelson Sick Heading into Humana Challenge

ESPN and the Associated Press are reporting that the most famous left-hander in golf has more than just the common cold.

Like just about everybody else in America, Phil Mickelson has the flu. He is still expected to play.

Mickelson did not expresse too much concern over his perpetration. Taken from said article

 ”I haven’t been able to work as hard as I have going into the season. Maybe that will be a good thing,” Mickelson said Monday. “In the offseason, I had a couple of breakthroughs with my putting and driving. I’m really excited to start the year.”

This is something to think about when examining first round scores.
