American Stacy Lewis shot a second round 66 on Friday afternoon to take a two shot lead into the weekend in the HSBC Women’s Championship at the Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore. The 2012 Rolex player of the year has been hot early in the 2013 season, and is currently 4th in 2013 rankings. Lewis shot a bogey free second round, and is showing the golf world why she has been one of the most consistent players on the LPGA for the last couple of years. 
The 28 year old standout, is currently at -11 under par, and has a two stroke advantage over a pretty strong field of LPGA players. Two shots back, are Rolex number two player, Na Yeon Choi, Paula Creamer, and first round leader, Azahara Monoz. Despite having to fight off the affect of the five car pile up on her way to the Bangkok airport, Creamer is finding a way to stay in this tournament. Ai Myazato, who was also involved in the crash, is out with whiplash, and soreness.
17-year-old Ariya Jutanugarn from Thailand, who was attempting to make history last week at the Honda LPGA Thailand last Sunday by being the first one from from Thailand to win on the LPGA Tour, also shot a 66 to make the cut for the weekend. Jutanugarn triple bogeyed the 18th hole on Sunday, and lost by one stroke to Inbee Park. Na Yeon Choi was paired with Jutanugarn on Friday and said that she was impressed with the play of the young Thai golfer.
Aria joined the others who are at -9 uner for the tournament which is being played at the Sentosa Golf Club, The Serapong Course, which also included Chella Choi.
