LPGA Star, Brittany Lincicome hasn’t had a particularly good 2013 golf season, but she plays a mean “Air Guitar”. The 27 year-old from St Petersburg, Florida whooped it up at a Mobile Bay Bears, minor league baseball game before teeing it up at The Mobile Bay LPGA Classic.

The 29th ranked Lincicome had a terrible opening round at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail course at Magnolia Grove on Thursday. She made only one birdie, and four bogeys en route to carding a three over par total for her effort. She is tied for 118th place, and unless she improves on Friday, is in danger of missing another cut. The projected cut line is at even par.
Brittany’s best finishes this year were a pair of T 18’s at the season opener, ISPS HANDA WOMEN’S AUSTRALIAN OPEN and the HSBC WOMEN’S CHAMPIONS 2013 in February. She missed four cuts in a row, starting at the RR Donnelly Founders Cup, and included the first major of the year at The Kraft Nabisco Championship.
She has made just short of $69,000 dollars this year, and is ranked 44th on the money list. With a putting average of 30.17 putts per round, and a 72.1 scoring average, she doesn’t look to find much improvement in 2013. Brittany Lincicome has a ton of talent, but I don’t think she really likes to play golf. She enjoys the trapping her career brings, but lacks the desire to be a top player on the LPGA Tour.
