Frenchman, Victor Dubuisson will be making his PGA Tour debut at the Farmers Insurance Open this week at Torrey Pines. The 23 year-old from Cannes picked up his first legitimate win on the European Tour at the Turkish Airlines Open back in November. He finished the year with a solo third place finish at the Race To Dubai finale’ in Dubai. Dubuisson is currently ranked 31st in World Rankings, and is 16th place in the 2014 Race To Dubai.

Dubuisson beat Justin Rose, Jamie Donaldson, and Tiger Woods for his victory in Turkey, and will be playing this week on a sponsors exemption. With his 31st place ranking, the young Frenchman will get an opportunity to play some events in the US, including the Masters, and the Players Championship.

At 23 years old, we will get a chance to see if he is the real deal, or just a flash in the pan from the European Tour. I, for one am anxious to see how he plays against the world’s best this year. If he shows us some of his talent, we will be seeing him at Gleneagles in September. It all begins Thursday at Torrey Pines.

After winning the Turkish Airlines Open, Dubuisson got a Tweet from a legend:
