Sanpshot previews and TV broadcast schedules for this week’s PGA TOUR, European Tour, & Ladies European Tour events.
The PGA TOUR, Ladies European Tour and European Tour are all at work this week. With three great events on tap – one of them THE PLAYERS – this promises to be another great week for all the pro golf tours.
The LPGA is taking the week off but will return next week for the Kingsmill Championship.
The PGA TOUR returns to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for the THE PLAYERS Championship. The unofficial “fifth major” will take place at TPC Sawgrass on The Stadium Course home of the notorious par 3 hole #17 – “The Island Green” which can make or break a round.
Defending Champion Rickie Fowler will lead a tremendous field of golfers to the Sunshine State in hopes of holding up the beautiful carved crystal trophy.

The European Tour heads to paradise this week for the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open at the Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita. The course is a world known design by four-time Major winner Ernie Els.
The field will contain players from 29 different countries. Defending champion South African George Coetzee will be back to defend his title.

The Ladies European Tour is in Shanghai for the Buick Championship. Shanshan Feng will be looking for back-to-back wins in front of a home town crowd at the Shanghai Qizhong Garden Golf Club this week.

Feng, who claims three China titles – 2012 World Ladies Championship, 2013, Reignwood LPGA Classic and 2015 Buick Championship – and will lead China’s Olympic golf team, is particularly keen to uphold her strong home record.
Shanshan will face a full field of challengers, starting with last year’s LET Rookie of the Year Emily Kristine Pedersen, who claimed her maiden title in India. Rebecca Artis who earned her second title in Scotland and English pair Melissa Reid and Hannah Burke, who won in Turkey and the Czech Republic respectively, will also be on the hunt for a win this week.
North American fans can follow the 1st and 2nd rounds of the Buick Championship on the LET electronic leaderboard. The weekend rounds will be broadcast on Golf Channel.
