]]> Tuesday was an interesting day filled with announcements from The USGA(United States Golf Association) and the R&A( Royal and Ancient) regarding Rule 14-1B. This rule will ban the use of an anchored putting stroke, and will become effective on January 1st, 2016. Now it’s time for the smell test. The PGA has lined up against the ban, and they will have to decide if they want to comply, or play golf under different rules.
