Justin Rose is arguably the hottest golfer in the world today. He’s finished in the top ten in every start worldwide since missing the cut at the PGA Championship, and he recently won back to back at the WGC-HSBC Champions and the Turkish Airlines Open.

Currently sixth in the Official World Golf Ranking, Rose is in the middle of a hot streak that shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. Say what you will about the Hero World Challenge being an unofficial “hit and giggle” event, but Rose’s competitive fire still burns hot.

The only thing that may slow Rose a bit this week will be his non-stop global schedule. He’s played four of the last five weeks, going from China to Turkey, then Dubai and Hong Kong. This week at Albany will be something of a home game for Rose, who has owned property there for nearly a decade, and moved his family there for a period back in 2014. While that hasn’t translated into huge success these past two years – he finished 13th in 2015, and was forced to withdraw last year with a back issue – he’ll be looking to prove those runs are the exception, not the rule.

Look for Rose to close out 2017 in style, and carry that momentum on into the new year.
