Kevin Kisner strung some nice results together in Hawaii. He finished T-14 at the Tournament of Champions and was just two shots out of a playoff en route to T-4 at the Sony Open.

He comes to the Pebble Beach Pro-Am off of two weeks’ rest. Kisner missed the cut in three of his first four trips to the Monterey Peninsula, though things are looking up of late.

The South Carolinian finished T-10 in 2017 (72-67-71-69), T-28 in 2019 (65-71-74-71) and T-49 at the 2019 US Open (73-70-75-69).

Kisner also won the 2013 Callaway Invitational (now the TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational), a non-PGA Tour sponsored annual event at Pebble. He fired 13-under to finish a shot ahead of Chesson Hadley and the rest of the 80-player co-ed field.

Kisner’s a shorter player, but an accurate one. He ranked 15th in fairways hit (69.39%). From 100-125 yards, he was 39th in proximity (18’9”) and from 125-150 he was 42nd (21’10”).

The 35-year-old finished top 30 in strokes gained putting for the fourth straight season. He was 20th (4.5).

He missed just four cuts in 2019 and picked up a win at the WGC-Match Play. Two top-10s in the playoffs helped him finish ninth in the FedEx Cup.

Career win No. 4 is on the line.
