Number 4 Justin Rose

The 2012 US Open Champion has pedigree, and has shown us this year that he can win. Rose has an excellent well balanced golf game that can stand up to the rigors of a championship run in 2013. Justin begins the championship in seventh place, and will be a factor before this thing is over.

Justin has proven that he can play in this environment when he won the BMW Championship in 2011, and finished second to Brandt Snedeker in the Coca Cola Championship last year. He has picked up the confidence from his win at Merion where I feel like this could be his year to win it all.

Rose only missed two cuts on the PGA Tour this year, and along with his win at Merion, put up five top ten finishes including a sole second place at Bay Hill. He was in the winning group at the Tavistock, but I don’t put much stock in that win.
