2.) Jimmy Walker
FedEx Points: 1,951
Jimmy Walker is another guy who has snuck his way to the top of the rankings. He has two wins coming at the Sony Open in Hawaii and in his home state at the Valero Texas Open.
With six top tens, Walker got of to a decent start, then hit a mellow stretch in the peak of the season and now he is starting to find his mojo again.
He’s got a young match play career with a singles record of 2-4 and a team record of 0-1-3, but he is a lock for the President’s Cup team, so he hopes to improve that record this year.
Walker has only missed one cut this season and has two top fives in his last four starts, peaking at the right time for the FedEx Cup playoffs.
