Bubba Watson has made some noise this year with his play. Two wins and five top 10s this season, Bubba is another player who knows how to bomb the ball and could make a run in the playoffs, as long as his emotions don’t get the best of him.
He’s pretty even when it comes to his match play record, 11-10 for his career in singles play and 6-6 in team play.
Bubba’s first win came very early in the season at the WGC-HSBC Champions and then more recently at the Travelers Championship. His major appearances have seen better day however. He finished tied for 38th at the Masters, missed the cut at Chambers Bay, and missed the cut at The Open.
Most of Bubba’s career victories have come in playoffs, so he knows how to win in pressure situations, something he’ll need to survive each round starting with The Barclays.
