Scott hasn’t won a major since 2013 (the lone major victory of his career), but things look to be turning around for the 35-year-old Australian.
Besides a rough outing at the Masters, where he finished T-38, he has been extremely consistent. He finished tied for fourth at the U.S. Open and tied for tenth at the Open Championship.
His recent success might have something to do with the fact that he has been reunited with his old caddy, Steve Williams. Scott’s lone major victory came with Williams as his caddy at the 2013 Masters.
According to PGATour.com, Scott currently ranks fourth in driving distance (309.6), and second in greens-in-regulation percentage (73.17). He hasn’t been great this year, but he’s certainly trending in the right direction.
