One of the things we talked about in the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational sleepers article was the balancing act between making picks for this week and how that would effect next week’s salary at the PGA Championship.

Well, that balancing act has diminished significantly as DraftKings has already released the prices for the PGA Championship.

I used the example of Hideki Matsuyama and said that if he did well at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, his price would increase for the PGA Championship. But, that is not the case anymore.

The only thing the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational will effect is ownership for the PGA Championship next week. Using Matsuyama again as an example if he wins Firestone then he’ll get a significant boost in ownership.

However, Matsuyama will probably be very highly owned anyway as he is vastly underpriced. So, maybe that isn’t the best example, but you get the point. Whoever plays well and is in contention at Firestone will get a bump in ownership for the PGA Championship.

This is the final major of the year and DraftKings is going out with a bang as they are doing yet another Millionaire Maker and the prize pool is the biggest this year.

It’s cool to see how big DFS Golf has gotten that after each major the prize pool has gone up. A total of 3.3 million is up for grabs at the PGA Championship with the winner receiving one million.

We have a lot to get to so let’s break things down and go over the PGA Championship DraftKings fantasy picks.
