The first of two captain’s picks, Brittany Lang is an experienced Solheim Cup player. Playing her 10th year on the Tour, Lang will be making her 4th Solheim Cup appearance this year.
Lang will bring a solid game to St Leon-Rot, one that I think surpasses her stroke play record. She’s solid tee to green, she knows her way around the putting surface, and she doesn’t back down from the pressure of competition.
It’s no accident that Lang, with a 3-1-0 record, delivered more points than any other member of Team USA at Colorado Golf Club in 2013.
