Winner – Brian Harman

It took Brian Harman 121 events and 1,567 par 3s on TOUR before he recorded his first career ace and it came this week at the Barclays. Four par 3s after his first hole-in-one, Harman did it again at the 14th hole.

He becomes the third person in PGA TOUR history to record two aces in a single round, joining  Yusaku Miyazato and Bill Whedon.

The first ace came at the 184 yard third hole with a 7-iron and then followed it up with a hybrid at the 220 yard 14th hole.

"“Yeah, I mean, I’d trade both of them to be in contention. That was pretty wild. First one, you know, I looked at my caddie, I said, ‘That’s my first one out there.’ He’s like, ‘Well they come in bunches.’ I was like ‘Yeah, whatever.'”"

Tradition has it that whoever hits the hole-in-one buys drinks in the clubhouse after the round. While I’m not sure there is ruling for two aces, Harman still paid good on his end of the deal by leaving buckets of booze in the press room.
