The Evian Championship, The Magnificent Seven (Video)
Melissa Reid will be teeing it up at The Evian for the fifth time this year. Her best finish — 19th place — came in 2010.

But Reid’s been putting her career back on track this year. She went into a deep personal depression after the tragic death of her mother in 2012, and has only recently been able to get refocused on golf.
Reid’s wire-to-wire win at the Turkish Airlines Ladies Open earlier this year was a sure sign that she’s in superb form and she confirmed that form with her T9 finish at the RICOH Women’s British Open.
Reid’s a member of the 2015 Solheim Cup European team. She’s playing well above her previous level and I think playing in The Evian, surrounded by her Solheim teammates, energized by her very fine performance this season and anticipating the Solheim competition, Reid could well deliver the winning game. I’m looking for her to be in the mix.
