We’ll kick things off with Paul Dunne. One of the young golfers that maybe competing with the elite golfers in the world in the next five years or so.
If Dunne sounds familiar to you, it should. Dunne was right in the thick of things at The Open Championship this year, but a lack of experience at the top-level showed itself in the final round as he shot a final round 78, but still finished a very respectable T-30.

With not nearly as bright of a spotlight this week, it’ll be interesting to watch how well Dunne performs. It’s always fun to watch a young blue chip prospect perform at the embryonic state of their career and see how much they progress as the years go by.
As a side note, watch out for another young superstar amateur in Ashley Chesters. Dunne earned the headlines with his stellar play from Thursday to Saturday, but it was Chesters who was the low amateur at The Open Championship.
Chesters finished T-12 and earned the low amateur Silver Medal. Just one extra bonus golfer to keep an eye on.
