The 2015-16 PGA TOUR season is still young, so here are seven golfers to keep on your radar for the year.
Five tournaments into this PGA TOUR season and golf fans have already seen five different first-time winners on TOUR. It’s amazing to see the where the state of golf is right now with a new face popping out of the woodwork each week.
While the entrants in the field for these early tournaments aren’t as competitive as others, it’s still a good opportunity for the younger golfers to get used to life on the TOUR early in the year.
However, the season is still very young and there’s plenty of golf to be played. With a year long schedule and hundreds of golfers on TOUR, it can get confusing on who to keep an eye on. Especially when we have a different winner every week.
I’ve put together a list of seven golfers to watch in this new PGA TOUR season. Some of these guys are in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Ranking, while others are some sleepers that are due for a big season. You may even find a rookie or two.
Use these guys in your fantasy lineups, throw some money down on them to win a tournament, or simply choose one of them to root for throughout the season. Either way, here are the golfers I expect to have big years in 2016.
