39. Laura Davies

Davies may be the most decorated woman in golf. She received the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 1988, Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2000 and Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in 2014. She won two LPGA Championships, the U.S. Women’s Open and a du Maurier. Davies has 84 worldwide victories and 20 of those are on the LPGA.

Davies won the Ladies Order of Merit seven times in 1985, 1986, 1992, 1996, 1999, 2004 and 2006. From 1985 to 2010, she won at least one tournament each year.

She was the first woman to play on the men’s EuropeanTour when she teed it up at the ANZ Championship in 2004. She has won on five different tours.

Davies is the all-time points leader in Solheim Cup play, and she played in the first 12 Solheim Cups. Davies was the first European female to be ranked as No. 1.
