15. Karrie Webb
Webb turned professional and played first in Europe where she became 1995 Ladies European Tour Rookie of the Year. The next season, she moved to the LPGA where she was 1996 LPGA Rookie of the Year. She was also leading money winner in her first year on the LPGA with four victories.
Webb’s first of seven majors was in the du Maurier against Laura Davies. In addition she won five other tournaments that season. In 2000 she dominated, winning the Kraft, the U.S. Women’s Open. She also won five LPGA events.
In 2001, she won the U.S. Womens’ Open for the second time, beating Se Ri Pak, and also won the LPGA Championship, plus two other LPGA events.
Webb added the Women’s British Open in 2002 and concluded her run of majors with the Kraft in 2006 where she defeated Lorena Ochoa.
She has 57 worldwide victories and 41 of those have come on the LPGA.
