We kick things off with “Hogan’s Alley” Riviera Country Club. Riviera got the “Hogan’s Alley” moniker as Hogan owned the course.
Hogan won the Los Angeles Open in 1947 and 1948 and the U.S. Open in 1948, as well.
Riviera Country Club is a fantastic course in Los Angeles, California and as you might expect this is the course some Hollywood celebrities call their home course.
The 10th and 18th hole are signature holes at Riviera. The 10th hole is a great risk-reward hole as it is a short, drivable par-4 hole.
The 18th hole features the clubhouse as the backdrop behind the memorable 18th green.
Riviera Country Club has hosted four total majors, two PGA Championships, a U.S. Open, and a Senior U.S. Open.
