Byeong-Hun An

Byeong-Hun An made history as he became the first Asian to win the Rookie of the Year award on the European Tour

Byeong-Hun An was great from start to finish this season on the European Tour. Byeong-Hun An made the cut in his first eight starts on the European Tour and he finished inside the top thirteen in four of those starts.

Byeong-Hun An did hit a bit of a rough patch during the summer, early fall months as he missed the cut at the U.S. Open, The Open Championship, and the PGA Championship.

Along with missed cuts at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and British Masters. But, Byeong-Hun An bounced back with a very strong finish.

Byeong-Hun An finished T-19 at the WGC-HSBC Champions, 4th at the Turkish Airlines Open, T-3 BMW Masters, and T-4 at the DP World Tour Championship.

After a great season and a fantastic finish, Byeong-Hun An has some momentum heading into the 2016 season.

Byeong-Hun An has the potential to improve himself – especially at the majors – or he could take a step back and suffer from a sophomore slump. So, in that way, it’ll be interesting to see how much BHA progresses next year.
