14. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13
“Legacy Mode” is a mode where you travel through some of the moments in Tiger Woods’ life…on the golf course…not off the golf course. Adding that would require a significantly different rating from the ESRB.

We jump ahead to our first real modern golf game on this list. Actually, just writing that sentence kind of shook me a bit since I remember very fondly that the “modern times” was the early 90’s early 2000’s. But, that’s not the case anymore.
Just watching and appreciating the Super Mario 64 landscape; just being blown away by this open world, 3D adventure where you can just run around outside the castle. “It won’t get any better than this, man!” Yeah, well, not exactly.
Anyway, I digress, what did this game excel at? Well, nothing really. It was just more of the same as previous iterations. It was fun to play around with, but the gameplay never challenged you.
Eventually, once you knocked the rust off within a round you could post whatever score you wanted too. It just wasn’t difficult enough.
The big feature in this one was playing through the “Legacy Challenge” where you play as Tiger Woods through various points in his career. This was a fun mode, but one that was short.
I don’t want to sound too harsh because this is a very quality game. If you just want to have fun and kick back for a couple of hours, this isn’t a bad choice at all.
While it is outside the top ten that doesn’t mean it’s a bad game. There are better games ahead of it which says a lot about how good the Tiger Woods PGA Tour series was along with some other gaming franchises which we will get to in a moment.
