Women’s Golf: 10 to Watch in 2016
Look for Alison Lee to join the LPGA winner’s circle in 2016.

Lee had a goal for her rookie year. She wanted to qualify for the 2015 United States Solheim Cup team. She missed three cuts early in the season but then settled into a rhythm that got her 6 top-10 finishes and a berth on the team that turned things around on Sunday and brought the Cup home.
Alison Lee is not a flashy golfer. For the most part she hits the ball, hits the ball again, putts and maybe putts again. She’s not typically out in the rough shaping shots around trees and across hazards. Lee maintains superb control and she’s utterly relentless in her pursuit of the next shot.
Look for Alison Lee to come to the tee ready to play golf, and then to deliver world-class golf week after week. She’s committed to the game and to her mastery of it, and she’ll hoist a trophy in 2016.
