Now that Lydia Ko has broken the Mystique of the Major, she’s ready to hoist another major trophy at the Women’s PGA Championship.

The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship seems to belong to Inbee Park, although Brittany Lincicome came so close in 2014 that she dissolved into tears when she lost to Park in a playoff; and Sei Young Kim and Lexi Thompson both played hard to get in contention and challenge Park last year.
But Park cruised to an easy 19-under par, bogey-free victory on the Westchester Country Club track.
Park’s going to defend her title and attempt to make it four in a row at Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington. Can she be stopped? Of course she can.
Watch Lydia Ko because now that she’s broken through the mystique of the major, and because Ko for some reason plays well on the West Coast, I think the 2016 KPGM Women’s PGA Championship will be her second major.
