8. Matthew Fitzpatrick

Age: 21

OWGR: 44th

Fitzpatrick has played in some PGA TOUR events, but spends most of his time on the European Tour. At 21 years old, he collected the most top-10 finishes on the European Tour last season.

More from Jordan Spieth

He’s a rising star that’s only started to gain his form. He found his maiden win at the 2015 British Masters. He followed that up with a third place finish at the UBS Hong Kong Open and then a tie for seventh at the WGC-HSBC Champions.

The Englishman spent a semester playing at Northwestern in Chicago, the same college his countrymen Luke Donald attended.

In 2013, Fitzpatrick became the first English player in over 100 years to win the US Amateur Championship.
