Thomas Pieters

One of the hottest rising stars on the European Tour is Thomas Pieters. You may remember seeing his name atop the leaderboard at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, chasing down Rickie Fowler and Rory McIlroy.

Pieters ended up with a solo second place finish. His strong finish in Abu Dhabi proved that he has plenty of firepower and he’s capable of hanging with the bigger stars on the European Tour.

With a weaker field this week, Pieters could put himself back in contention at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic.
