The field at the Arnold Palmer Invitational features some big name golfers for your fantasy golf lineups, but you have to be able to afford them first. Here are some cheaper options to consider for Bay Hill.

The Arnold Palmer Invitational wraps up the Florida Swing at Bay Hill this week, as the PGA TOUR prepares for the final weeks before the Masters. With the WGC-Dell Match Play next week and Augusta National less than four weeks away, some of the big name golfers are starting to get in the right state of mind.

This week’s field features 12 of the top 30 golfers in the Official World Golf Ranking, headlined by Adam Scott, who is looking for his third consecutive victory, and Rory McIlroy. Henrik Stenson, Jason Day, and Justin Rose are some other big names joining the field.

If you’re setting a fantasy golf lineup this week, most of these golfers will cost you a pretty penny. We’re talking five digits on DraftKings. For that reason, it’s going to be essential to find some cheaper value options throughout the rest of the field.

So the question is who are the sleepers worth buying in your DraftKings lineups?

First we must figure out what kind of golfer we’re looking for. Last year’s champion Matt Every, ranked second in the field for greens in regulation. Greens in regulation is usually a key indicator for success and is a good stat to take into account for Bay Hill.

With the long par 3s on this course, I’m also looking for golfers with par 3 efficiency from 200-225 yards. One last statistic I’m focusing on is those golfers who play well on the par 5s.

It’s also important to take into account golfers who play well at Bay Hill and who are trending upward entering this week.

With all of this in mind, here are five sleeper picks to consider for your fantasy golf lineups for the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill.
