Putting is going to be a key statistic for this week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Big Easy has it going in that department. Ernie ranks 2nd in putting from 10′-15′ and 8th in putting from 20′-25′.

With Bay Hill playing as a longer course, approach shots aren’t going to get as close to the hole and will mostly come to rest in this 10′-25′ range. Els can get it done in this category.

Ernie also has good history at this tournament. He tied for 4th in 2012 and tied for 13th in 2015. He also won the API back in 2010.

The Big Easy is comfortable at Bay Hill and knows how to navigate the course. Give the big guy a go this week.
