Puerto Rico Open Top 10 Player Power Rankings

The Puerto Rico Open field has some surprising strength and perhaps a wild card or two in power rankings.

The Puerto Rico Open field may look a bit thin but I think there are some surprises waiting just beneath the surface.

Don’t look for a repeat by defending champion Alex Cejka. He has been off form this season and there are other players who are coming in much better prepared to put themselves into contention.

For entertainment you can keep an eye on the past winners in the field even though I don’t have them in my top-10 power rankings: Angel Cabrera, John Daly, Retief Goosen and David Toms.

And we’ll all be watching Li Hao Tong, China’s top-ranked golfer, who is playing this week on a sponsor exemption.

But for more serious consideration, if you’re looking for some solid picks for your fantasy golf team, I think these 10 players are very reliable picks.
