Bryson DeChambeau is eager to play on golf’s big stage.

Bryson DeChambeau got his ticket to the 2016 Masters punched when he won the 2015 NCAA Championship.  This flamboyant golfer is no stranger to the pro golf stage. The 3rd ranked men’s amateur in the world has been making headlines on the sports page for a year now. He’s the 5th amateur to simultaneously hold the NCAA Championship and the US Amateur Championship, a distinction that puts him in the company of Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods and Ryan Moore.

DeChambeau got forced into an early career decision when the NCAA imposed sanctions on the SMU golf team that directly impacted his ability to defend his NCAA Championship this year. He’s been sharpening his game since January, playing several European Tour & PGA TOUR events, and is expected to turn pro immediately following the Masters.

Bryson DeChambeau has already signed with the Legacy Agency, which also represents Jim Furyk, Patrick Reed, John Senden and Matt Every, among others and has been lining up equipment sponsors. The 2016 Masters is both an ending and a beginning for DeChambeau. Expect to see this emerging star teeing it up PGA events on sponsor invites until he qualifies for his card.
