This week, The Open will return to Royal Troon Golf Club for the first time since 2004. A lot has changed since then, and most of the players in this week’s field have never logged a professional round at the course. Judging by the weather forecast, it looks like they could be in for a brutally tough test.

Zach Johnson is the defending champion this week. The 40-year-old took down Marc Leishman and Louis Oosthuizen in a playoff last year for his second career major. Todd Hamilton, winner of The Open at Troon in 2004, is also in the field.
