Bernhard Langer

Set to turn 59 at the end of this month, legendary German Bernhard Langer is showing very few signs of slowing down.

With three wins to his name already this season, including two majors (Senior Players Championship and The Tradition), Langer sits comfortably atop the Schwab Cup money list, almost $700,000 ahead of second placed Joe Durant.

With rounds of 73 and 70, Langer is left with some work to do to push himself into contention, but with a solid start to his third round, he has slowly clawed his way back toward the lead.

Possessing nerves of steel and a proven winner’s touch that can be matched by very few players throughout the history of the game, Langer will circle like a shark, and if he gets even a sniff of blood, he’ll seize his chance.
