When you look at Aphibarnrat’s stats nothing jumps out as dramatically different. He hits a respectable drive that finds the short grass about half the time. He has a respectable short game but it isn’t particularly outstanding.

The thing that makes Aphibarnrat unique is he’s good at getting himself back into position – even when he’s in trouble off the tee he doesn’t stay there, and that’s the magic of his game. He’s a risk taker who knows how to snag the payoff. I’m looking for him to play for the top of the board this week at the Hero Indian Open.
