Bill Haas — 22nd

Haas will ride of wave of eight consecutive top 35 finishes into this week. His most recent result, a tie for 32nd at the WGC-Mexico Championship, was his worst finish since the season-opening Safeway Open, but he was on a run of five straight top 15s before that. That kind of form should carry over to Innisbrook, where he’ll go up against a significantly weaker field than he did at last week’s WGC. In terms of history, Haas has compiled a solid record at the Copperhead Course — four-for-seven with a trio of top 16 finishes. That includes a playoff loss to Charl Schwartzel in last year’s event, for which Haas pocketed a season-best $658,800.

Again, while Haas didn’t deliver in Mexico last week, that event, with its unfamiliar course and world class field, was something of an outlier on the schedule. The Wake Forest product should be back to his old self this week.
