Matt Kuchar — 73rd

Innisbrook has been consistently kind to Kuchar since his return to prominence in 2009 — he’s gone six-for-six over that stretch, picking up four top 15 finishes along the way. What’s more, with four top 25 finishes in his last five starts, he’s currently in just the right form to turn in a similar performance this week. At least week’s WGC-Mexico Championship, he ranked third on the week in strokes gained: putting and tied for sixth in driving accuracy; with so much pointing in his favor, improving on that performance at the Valspar wouldn’t be a stretch.

Always solid tee to green, Kuchar ranks 48th on the 2017 PGA Tour season in the corresponding strokes gained category. If all goes according to plan this week, expect him to leap forward on that list — he’s a great match for those Innisbrook fairways.
