Fantasy golf team picks for this week’s LPGA event, Bank of Hope Founders Cup, draw from an exceptionally strong field.

The LPGA is back in the continental United States for the 7th edition of the Bank of Hope Founders Cup. This week begins the 2-event run-up to the Tour’s 1st 2017 Major, the ANA Inspiration.

We’re going to be treated to some fine golf as players get their games fine-tuned this week and next at the Kia Classic for Rancho Mirage and The Dinah, March 31-April 2.

With 9 of the top 10-ranked players in the world, 20 of the top 25, 95 of the top 100, the Founders Cup field is top-heavy and strong this week. Among the big names, only Shanshan Feng, Carlota Ciganda, and Charley Hull are missing a Wildfire tee time.

It’s a fantasy manager’s dream – practically all the options are going to be strong picks. Conversely, it’s a fantasy manager’s nightmare – there are some tough team selection decisions this week.

I’m focusing on the Ladies Dream Golf Pick-4 contest, but my field assessment can carry over to other fantasy games as well.
