Houston Open: Top 10 PGA Tour Fantasy Power Rankings
By Sam Belden
Adam Scott — 75th
With three top 20s in four worldwide starts this year, Scott has come away with a solid result from almost every tournament he’s entered. The outlier was a tie for 45th at his most recent event, the WGC-Mexico Championship, but we know that strange things can happen at altitude, so I’m not too worried about it.
Furthermore, Scott won the 2007 edition of the Shell Houston Open, and while it’s been seven years since he last made an appearance in Humble, the fact that he’s never missed a cut at the course is somewhat comforting.
Scott has had plenty of time to rest, so I fully expect him to rebound in the Lone Star State this week. A good finish would greatly add to his momentum as he prepares to go for his second green jacket at Augusta next month.
