No. 13 Billy Hurley III

We’re now at the point of demarcation where the next 12 players have a legitimate, however small, chance of actually winning the 2017 Masters, in my opinion. Hurley III is in the field via his stirring win at the 2016 Quicken Loans National.

The 34-year-old’s career has been riddled with inconsistency and trips back and forth to the Web.com Tour. He appears to be in a rough patch now, having only one top-10 finish since his win in June. He was No. 21 on the PGA Tour in Strokes Gained Putting in 2016. If the light flickers back on in Augusta, his flatstick is bound to be leading the charge on some of the most dastardly greens anywhere in the world.
