Russell Henley — 11th

With three top 15 finishes in his last four starts, including a victory at the Shell Houston Open and a tie for 11th at the Masters, it’s been a long time since Henley’s stock has been this high. That’s mostly thanks to his terrific putting — he led the field in strokes gained: putting in Houston and ranks sixth on the PGA Tour season, so he’s been making the most of his many greens in regulation. His track record at the Heritage is a bit uneven, but nevertheless impressive: two top 25s, including a tie for sixth in 2013, to go along with a pair of missed cuts. With so much momentum working in his favor, the bet here is that Henley manages to make the most of his experience this week.

Henley may not be a household name, but once he heats up, he can go toe-to-toe with anyone on the PGA Tour. Expect big things from him at Harbour Town.
