Paul Casey — $9,900

When we last saw this Englishman, he was in fine fettle — he closed out the Masters with back-to-back sub-70 rounds, winding up in sixth place. With a good bit of momentum on his side, as well as a few weeks of rest, there’s no reason that Casey can’t pick up where he left off.

Casey’s week at the Masters resulted in his fourth top 20 finish in his last five starts — he also turned in a pair of strong performances at the WGC events back in March. He has yet to truly contend for a win in 2017, but at 29th in FedEx Cup points and 27th on the money list, it’s been a solid season nevertheless. From a statistical standpoint, the Englishman looks even better; he ranks 21st on the PGA Tour in strokes gained: approach-the-green and sixth in strokes gained: around-the-green, skills that should be tremendously useful this week. Even in his prime, Casey never saw much success at Quail Hollow, so this week’s unfamiliar course may actually improve his chances.

With just one missed cut in the last six months, Casey should be all set to shoot some low scores this week. He may be commanding a $9,900 DraftKings salary this week, but experience doesn’t come cheap.
