8. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003

A young game in the legendary series that would help pave the way for an instant classic.

Only a few years into the series, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 was where the franchise really started to take shape. The Old Course at St. Andrews would make its first-ever appearance in the game.

Even on the cover, Woods is seen swinging at the famed course. Other great courses in the game included Poppy Hills, Spyglass Hill, Torrey Pines and Royal Birkdale with other great tracks thrown in there as well.

Fantasy courses were also present, featuring the Highlands, a course which would become legendary in the series. The other two layouts were Black Rock Cove and The Predator, another popular track.

This was the first true game to include a PGA Tour career mode, where you battled your way through the schedule.
