20. Rory McIlroy PGA Tour

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is the latest games in the longtime EA golf series and although it’s low on content, the graphics and gameplay make it a fairly fun experience on PS4 and Xbox One.

It was a big surprise when EA Sports let go of Tiger Woods as their namesake and cover man for their golf franchise.

Two years after the release of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14, they came out with a new golf game dedicated to the PS4 and Xbox One consoles and found a new name to represent the brand, none other than four-time major champion Rory McIlroy. Although the game sold over 600,000 copies, it still didn’t receive the most positive reactions due to a low amount of content.

It’s pretty cool when you get a chance to play one of the most controversial courses to ever host a major.

However, the gameplay is fun to go along with stunning graphics. The broadcast team of Rich Lerner and Frank Nobilo is quite repetitive but they do a good job of telling stories about each hole that’s being played. Among the courses included in the game is Chambers Bay, which hosted the 2015 U.S. Open.

It’s pretty cool when you get a chance to play one of the most controversial courses to ever host a major. After starting out with only eight courses, the game would expand to 17, where it currently stands. Although the game plays great and looks beautiful, the low amount of content slows the experience down, which is why it’s 20th on the list.
