15. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 added some new gameplay features and allowed us to play through the life of Tiger himself.

It was the second straight year that The Masters would be featured in an EA golf game. With its return, EA went back to focusing on a PGA Tour-heavy experience. In the previous game, being Augusta National’s first time in the game, it was drenched with Masters green.

Not only did Tiger Woods PGA Tour13 primarily go back to the PGA Tour as a whole, it had an interesting new game mode, “Legacy Challenge”, which allowed you to play as Tiger Woods throughout many key moments of his golfing life. From hitting chips into a bucket as a child to winning his first major championship, it was all about the future Hall of Famer.

Interestingly, the cover was selected via a match-play-style bracket. Rickie Fowler would beat Bubba Watson in order to be featured on the cover with Woods. It was also the first year to include Country Clubs.

These Country Clubs were a way to gather up some friends and compete against each other or against other clubs. By doing this, you would rack up points to help your CC roar up the leaderboard.

It was a fairly popular feature that fans hope to see again one day in a golf game. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 was a nice follow-up from the previous game. Swing improvements, new courses and Country Clubs help make it a fun experience.
