Aaron Baddeley — $6,500

This Aussie started this season off on the wrong foot, but his form has taken a sharp turn for the better in recent weeks. He doesn’t have the most inspiring track record at Colonial, but with a few breaks, Baddeley should have a chance to earn his $6,500 DraftKings salary nevertheless.

With a pair of top 15s in his last four starts, Baddeley’s results over the past two months have been a far cry from his performance earlier in the season, when he at one point missed four straight cuts. That hot recent stretch includes a tie for 15th at the Shell Houston Open and a solo fifth at the Valero Texas Open, and he’d love to add to that rash of Lone Star success with a good performance at the Dean & DeLuca Invitational this week. His track record at Colonial is a poor one, but he’s got some of the skills for the job, and his accuracy off the tee has taken a small step forward of late.

Baddeley doesn’t belong in most formats this week, but he definitely has the potential to help fill out your DFS team. With his ball striking and short game, he’s worth a flier.
