Kevin Na — No. 62

If it feels like it’s been a while since we last heard from this Las Vegas resident, that’s because it has. With only one top 35 finish in his last eight starts, Na hasn’t been his usual self this spring, but that doesn’t mean he can’t use his extensive experience at Muirfield Village to his advantage this week.

Na has found the top 15 in three of his last four starts at the Memorial Tournament, losing an intense playoff to Hideki Matsuyama in 2014 and notching a solid tie for 13th one year later. He faltered in last year’s edition, but with his short game as solid as ever, that’s probably not going to happen again. Of course, his driving stats aren’t where he’d like them to be — we’re not calling him a sleeper pick for nothing. But with his impressive touch around the greens and his good track record in Columbus, he’s more than capable of compensating for that.

A win would certainly be nice, but Na will take whatever low rounds he can get this week. Fortunately, he should still have enough firepower to kickstart his momentum with a solid finish, so be sure to keep an eye on him.
