No. 5 Scott Gregory

Ranked No. 5 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, the 22-year-old will turn pro soon after he leaves the property at Erin Hills this weekend.

He was runner-up at a solid field at the 2016 Spanish Amateur. That set up his win at an elite field to win the 2016 Amateur Championship in Wales, which got him into the field at the 2016 Open Championship, Augusta (missed cut) and the U.S. Open.

At the Open, Gregory was on fire in his first round. He climbed the leaderboard to reach four-under through 10, only to give those shots back and eventually miss the cut.
