Anirban Lahiri — $7,500

This 29-year-old Indian is the PGA TOUR’s only full-time player who hails from the subcontinent and he’s been representing his country well as of late. For that reason, you should consider using Lahiri as a bargain play for this week’s Travelers Championship — thanks to a couple of factors, he could provide terrific value.

Despite an inconsistent season on the whole, Lahiri managed to catch fire at the Memorial Tournament a few weeks ago, pacing the field in strokes gained: putting and ranking sixth in strokes gained: approach-the-green. That lethal combination of skills should give him a lot of momentum as he heads to Connecticut, where he’ll take his first competitive crack at TPC River Highlands. He wasn’t playing well before the Memorial, but Lahiri has always been a streaky player, and when he’s on, he’s on. They may need to roll out some tricked-out pin placements to slow him down this week.

Thanks to his flighty form and utter lack of course history, Lahiri appears to be severely undervalued this week — he’s available for just $7,500 in DraftKings. The two-time European Tour winner is still getting his feet wet on this side of the pond, but his skill set should still be a good fit for TPC River Highlands.
