2017 RBC Canadian Open: Top DraftKings picks at Glen Abbey
In order to be successful in Fantasy sports of any kind, but even more so in Daily Fantasy, you need to be willing to go one direction, when conventional wisdom may say to go the other. Scott Stallings, for instance, has missed ten cuts in 23 PGA TOUR starts in 2017. He’s ranked 258th in the world, and hasn’t won in three and a half years.
Why am I so positive on Stallings, then? He’s hot right now, and getting on board with the guy while he’s finding his rhythm could easily pay dividends this week.
This is Stallings’ third trip to the Canadian Open, counting missed cuts in both 2013 and 2016. However, what I’m looking at today is Stallings’s form over the last couple of weeks. Stallings popped a fifth-place tie at the John Deere Classic, then tied for third last week at the Barbasol Championship.
Say what you want about soft fields during major weeks, but this could be the start of a turnaround for a guy who desperately needs it.
