If you don’t know the story of Patrick Cantlay yet, here’s a refresher. A one-time can’t miss PGA TOUR prospect out of UCLA, Cantlay was forced out of action for nearly a full year when he was diagnosed with a stress fracture in his back. After a few stops and starts to his comeback, he’s back and looking good, with seven starts under his belt on TOUR this year.

Cantlay nearly made his major medical extension a thing of the past when he finished runner-up at the Valspar Championship back in March. In his five starts since then, Cantlay has put up three top-25 finishes, including a tie for third place at the RBC Heritage. From a raw talent perspective, few players in the field offer more upside than Cantlay.

Speaking of upside, at just $8,100 on DraftKings, Cantlay offers absolutely unbeatable value this week. He’s never played Glen Abbey, but he’s averaging just under 78 Fantasy points per outing. That 100-to-1 ratio is all but unsustainable, but you’d kick yourself if you missed out on this.

Cantlay hasn’t played enough to carry official stats this year, but his 68.06 greens-in-regulation percentage would be good for 32nd on TOUR. Glen Abbey’s greens are on the smaller side, so if Cantlay can give himself the same type of scoring opportunities this week, he should provide a huge return on your investment.
